Quality Inspection
Ensure the product is in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact for a successful verification process.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, a courier partner will be assigned to pick up the package from your doorstep within 24-48 hours.
Refund or Replacement
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement.
